You are to create a headline about the 2nd year digital classes in this program. The audience will be 1st year students. Please provide the headline and your reasoning behind it. Headline – “Secrets Of Industry Graphic Design Revealed In Astonishing 2nd Year Digital Classes!”
The information missing from this question that would be nice for creating this headline would be a goal, more specifically what we’re writing for; an article, a blog, an email, etc. This is because I need a specific audience that I’m reaching, as people read differently based on what platform on, and the headline will look and work differently based on where it’s made for. Regardless of that, I made a headline that includes many crucial elements used in many viral headlines. For example, I used the classic formula of “Secrets of ____!” in order to build hype and curiosity in the reader’s mind. I also used the number “2nd” as a unique looking number to gain attention from the first years immediately. Finally, I included a power word for curiosity – “Astonishing” – to keep the curiosity consistent, and make the reader continue being invested with the headline.
